Outdoor kitchen cabinet doors

I have an outdoor kitchen area with 2 cabinet doors. The current doors were made by a carpenter friend of mine out of cypress and treated pine. They are beautiful but the rain basically has made some of the raised panel doors swell in certain spots. Looking to get some stainless or aluminum doors to replace however they are not really standard openings. Does anyone know of a place that will build custom metal doors?

You could try to contact a sheet metal shop in your area to see what they could do for you.
However, I'm pretty sure most will only be plain flat faced doors or they could put a cross hatch or starburst pattern on them by using very slight alternating bends similar to what you would find on commercial kitchen backsplashes.

If you really like the wood doors, just sand them down and re-seal them.

I thought about that but the feeling on my patio is really high and when the rain blows in from that side it runs off the granite and drips on the doors. It’s a constant issue. They are only a year and a half old and looking horrible due to all the water that contacts them. I didn’t realize how much of an issue it was going to be when I went with the wood

Same group - I got my doors from them too. Pretty good selection of varying sizes, hopefully you won’t need anything special made
