One Time Close Construction Loans

As the title states, does anyone know of any lenders providing a one-time close construction to 30yr fixed mortgage? In the Fairhope/Daphne area.

I did one in BR with Hancock Whitney in 2021. Aren't they in Alabama?

2nd Regions. I think you need a 720+ credit score to qualify for their program

Ours is through First American Bank & Trust. Also shopped Gulf Coast, Hancock Whitney, and Regions. FABT had the best rates at the time.
