The board helped me identify Nimblewill in my yard a few years ago. The only selective herbicide that will kill it is Tenacity, and I found it took multiple repeat treatments. I have yet to eliminate it, but it is certainly knocked back.
I think this is likely nimblewill, with the soft blades and lime green. If celcius and certainty aren't touching it, I would almost guarantee it.

Can’t provide an ID though I’m quite sure it’s not Torpedograss. The LSU AgCenter has a new horticultural & turf weed extension specialist Colton Blankenship LINK - you might want to send him these photos and details you provided on TD and see what he thinks. If he can’t ID usually they’ll send the photo to others colleagues to see what they think it might be. Easier to ID a grassy “weed” when it has a seedhead.
I ended up sending him an email but the pictures didn't go through the first time. I may just end up pointing him to this thread.

Looks very much like broadleaf signalgrass. Look at the ligule where the leaf meets the stem. Does it have a row of hairs or looks like a membrane? Also do the base of the leaves where they meet the stem have reddish margins?

southern water grass
I had Dr Strahan ID this for me on some athletic fields years ago. He pretty much said "good luck". I used glyphosate at a really high rate and it torched it.....but it came back the following year

I'm going to disagree with this.

Seems like every couple years there is a post on this board with a similar looking lawn weed that looks to be southern water grass. It’s a true aquatic weed but occasionally can be in lawns, particularly in low spots/area that tend to remain wet-hold water.
Look at this short video and see if the weed might have some of the characteristics mentioned in this video
Good call.
I heard back from the guy at LSUAg center. He and another guy he works with came to the same conclusion.

This is a bummer.

I am on season 2 or 3 of trying to eradicate this son of a bitch.
Backyard sprayed glyphosate and it died and some came back the same season.
After admitting defeat on chemical control I switched to photosynthesis,or more precisely, don't allow it.
So every time a saw some come up I would pull it,trying to pull up as much root as possible.
The backyard is now 99% free.So far an odd shoot has come up.
Front yard it is on property line and my neighbor who has shitloads and it blends well with their no nutrients ever, cut once a fortnight st augustine.
Glyphosate was useless from last year.
Pretty sure i found runners so I will be fighting this forever while the neighbor has it thriving.
Only thing giving me hope is that it doesn't like my height of cut as much as the neighbors.
Started an area by pulling plugs and cutting them in half and then filling half with sand.
I'm hoping the runners won't like the sand and along with hand pulling I can keep some control.

What’s your HOC?
I finally got around to getting in an application of Celsius this afternoon. The whole yard needed it in general.
I’m hoping it knocks it back temporarily like usual, then want to start going over the problem areas with the reel mower while pushing the Bermuda with nitrogen. Hopefully that will start crowding it out.
If not, I’ll hit it with a couple of rounds of glyphosate then use the proplugger and take plugs from non-infested parts of the yard.

1 inch just filled in after glyphosate last year.
Applied 2nd app pgr and haven't mowed in 12 days with all the rain.
I may just get the weedeater and weedeat that shite out and then scalp at .6 and add some sand.

I freaking wish I could do that
But my sons are getting to the age where they can start helping out with the mowing so I can at least get that going. I've had them help once and had to go back over it but that's to be expected.
We will see how much the celsius can knock it back. I did it at a pretty high rate. Maybe the double tap of celsius and glyphosate will be enough to let me fill it in before growing back too much.

I figured that was it. I had it in my yard too.
I used high concentrate of glyphosate (2 rounds with surfactant about a week apart) before doing my backyard renovation, which included bringing in dirt, grading, all new sod, etc. and thankfully I haven't seen much of it since.
I've also done sand top dressing since then as well.
I believe it thrives in low / wet areas so eliminating that with my dirt / grading work could also be contributing factor to why it's not really around anymore.
I'm saying all the above to say that if it's feasible, I would still try the glyphosate route and consider building up the low areas? It's worth a shot.
ETA: I have Tifway 419 Bermuda. Also, search on Amazon for the Roundup QuikPRO Herbicide single use packs. Easy to use and it contains like 73% glyphosate. This is what I used (well actually it was a big jug) when I treated my yard before the renovation.
