I believe flight radar is wrong. Flight aware shows that airport, and if you look where the plane was making its decent, it is right over that strip.

ALIGN AVIATION LLC is a subsidiary of Align Aerospace LLC

I don't think this is accurate. I think the Align Aviation is alluding to the Owners dental/orthodontics and/or spine rehab practice in Houston.

It appears the plane was just registered to this LLC in September, so likely a new pilot.

He filed flight plans to land at the "Stafford Airport" in Cankton. Which looking at aerials, is nothing more than a strip for crop dusters.

Isn't this right next to "Kulture", the store that was just busted?
fareplay probably has one, if that helps answer your question.

I thought so too. Until I had one that suddenly the coffee out of it was undrinkable. I think it must have been an issue with water temperature because it all tasted burnt. Tried to go though the Ninja/Shark warranty process, but it was a nightmare. Just ended up throwing the thing away.

This is literally the entire plot for Game of Thrones
Social media definitely takes away the nostalgia the old timers used to experience at these things. 10 years seems too soon, since you can see what everyone is doing on social media. 20 years might be worth while.
Since highschool, I used collinite like others in here have said. However it is very labor intensive, and it didn't seem to last long with always being exposed to the sun. I recently started searching for a quicker and easier alternative.
This Project Farm Video sold me on the 3in1 Spray Wax from Griots.

So what Bobby has been doing on the radio for the last 20 years? There's been several post game shows where he struggles to form coherent sentences

Tankless Water Heater Issue

Tossed your symptoms into CHATgpt. Since it's several years old and I assume the problem just started, I weeded out some responses. Below is your most likely issues:

Clean Flow Sensor
Shut water off, pull the inlet filter screen, and flush debris.
If comfortable, inspect the flow sensor (small turbine inside). Mineral buildup makes it stick or spin intermittently.

Descale the Unit
If not done in the past 12–18 months, run a vinegar or tankless descaling solution flush through the unit.
Scale can cause erratic temp spikes ? shutdowns.

Inspect Flame Rod & Burner
Flame sensor rod can carbon up or corrode. A light emery cloth cleaning often helps with flame recognition.

Granted this was for a 4" well, I think most home supply wells are 2".
I would recommend calling around to quote. If in Louisiana, the LADNR has a list of approved water well drillers.
Water Well Drillers
What's really weird is they are using Google Maps street view images of my house when they send the ad.

Last quote I got to drill and case a 4" well was $7,500 for the first 100', then $20/ft for each additional in 2023. This does not include pump and drop pipe.

200 ft well = 7500 + 2000 = 9500
300 ft well = 7500 + 4000 = 11500

Depends where the aquifer is. Also will need to figure in mileage for the rig and trucks @ ~$4/mi.
As long as this logo is never used again. Thing is hideous.

I think UL saw it as a marketing strategy as an attempt to attract a bigger audience; which is the same strategies companies use for the same reasoning.
I think there are fans on both sides, that are hyper-fixated on the other which leads to nonconstructive discourse. But I think level-headed fans for both teams do realize that LSU and UL are not equal and never will be on any level. But that does not mean UL's attempt to build and harbor a program that could be recognized on a national level in the mid-major/G5 market should be continually scrutinized, but should rather be encouraged.
