Mysterious Reappearing Stain in Leather Truck Seat

I have a truck that's only a few months old. Front passenger seat had a stain appear. I've never spilled anything and rarely have had a passenger. Saw a light mark start appearing, then it was darker, and darker. Looked oily. Cleaned it with leather saddle soap and it went away completely. Next day it's back again. Cleaned it 3 more times with the same results. I've put paper over it to ensure nothing is dripping through the spot from sunroof or something. Nothing on the paper, but stain reappears under the paper. Could this possibly something internal to the seat leaking? I don't even know how to start addressing this.
Clean picture below is after cleaning the stain several times. Stain picture is from today when it came back again.

It's possible, but no one is ever in that seat and it shouldn't be on ever. Also feels like there's a bit of a tackiness in the area. It's minimal, but doesn't feel like a typical water spot

You should bring it back to the dealership and have them look at it. They can re-skin the seat for you under warranty.

I do plan to bring it in. I'm just assuming the worst-case scenario where they tell me that it must be me spilling something, so not covered under warranty. It's just really puzzling in that it started light, then keeps getting darker. Originally was just on the perforated portion, then after about 3 weeks of dealing with it, it's now up on the side portion.
Treated my other truck like a truck. Decided to get the nicer options and treat it really well and now get these little issues. Already paid $1k to get a huge dent out the front quarter panel that appeared in a hotel parking lot
