I have a 24x10 with 95% solar mesh that was installed in 2020. Motorized. I wouldn’t do it any other way than motorized. I think we paid about $6700. Would be over $10k now.
We absolutely love it, it turns our patio into another whole room when closed.

Yes they are motorized, remote controlled and can be operated together or independently.

Yes I think it is very excessive. I have a 5 acre pond about 20 yards from my back patio. Mosquitoes will be a bitch once we move in.
