They were reintroduced and taught by law enforcement after they started getting used in Iraq/Afghanistan by military in the last 20 years.

The best man in my wedding works for HPD and saved a guy’s life using one and made national news for it.

Bet the guy is already on disability and they will end up writing it off. He probably hasn’t ever made $50k on the books.

....what a gigantic god damned twat.

Christmas last year a hatchet accident with kindling caused an arterial cut. I had the bleeding stopped, wound closed, and cleaned up all the blood on the carport BEFORE walking into the house full of NPs with an armload of kindling and a very bloody sweater.

It doesnt even look like his jeans are soaked through
