Alright guys I have a 100sqft garden, 3ft mounds 2ft between rows planted east to west. 3 large oaks on the eastern side, west is field. I just noticed since it's my first real day off, it will be another 2 hours before the westernmost side of the garden gets any sun. I have 14 tomatoes, the 7 on the western side that get 12-13 hours sun are bushy blooming and thriving. The other 7 are a little more lanky and spindly, far fewer flowers as well. This year is a wash as I'm not redoing everything else I have planted, but how should I remedy next year?
ETA, I'm taking vigorous notes daily when I get home on each veggie I'm growing, location, flower date, productivity. I'm sure by season's end I'll have my answers but curious if you guys have dealt with this as I'm anxious. I have another 50 feet I could till up and transplant things over if I absolutely had to to make up.

I have the same problem at my place.
locations that have been sunny in the past are now partially shaded as the trees grow. I think you’ll wind up doing what I do and just keep moving towards the sun and demo behind you

Oak is excellent firewood and also runs a nice stick smoker... :)

If they weren't well over 100ft tall I would cut them down and use them for my smoking needs but they are 6ft around and huge lol. Not spending 1200 each ti get them cut down either. And I'm an "eat who we beat" guy, I try to smoke the mascot of every team bama plays. For yall it's a nice grilled ribeye or brisket bc Texas.
