Looking for Metry HVAC contractor recommendations

I want to add a ductless mini split to my garage + sunroom, as well as have some existing attic ductwork insulation repaired. Google pushes Surgi's, River City, Aire Serv, and Natal's. Anyone have experience with these people, or have other recommendations?

My neighbor, called Gem electric and AC. Smaller company but real nice guy. Has experience with splits and inverter units.
