While that floor may be heart pine it is different from the others in that it has knots and also is not quarter sawn.
Is this an original floor in the house or was it laid at a later date?
If the flooring was from previously harvested timber that was used in large buildings prior to being cut for flooring it would explain the knots since the original use of the lumber was not milled for flooring.
The variation in coloring is not going to change with stain. It can be muted to some degree but not to match the other two examples you posted.

The floors were put down a few months ago in a new build. The wood came from a tear down in NOLA and some of the wood is from the floors while some was cut from beams taken out of the school. When we bought it, we told the guy we wanted to take the yellow boards out. We weren’t there for the installation and now we have yellow boards mixed in. Before the polyurethane went down on it, it really wasn’t noticeable but once that polyurethane hit it, the yellows really stood out. Yes, the wood is beautiful but we were wanting a more uniform look.

If you wanted no character, you should have sent with laminate flooring

Update:
We decided to sap stain the really yellow boards individually and leave the rest of them natural. They turned out great.
