If so what are my options?
Kill it and patch with new sod?
Treat it with an expensive herbicide like Poast? Vantage is out of stock every place I searched online.

Common Bermuda. It looks like it’s already taken over, mow low and let it grow.

What do you want to dominate - the centipede or the Bermudagrass? If Bermudagrass do as others are instructing and cut low (1 inch), frequent fertilization, water, aerate, etc.
However, if you want the centipede to dominate that might be more difficult. You’d have to cut the grass higher (2 - 2 1/2 inches), fertilize sparingly, water, aerate ,etc. and hope over time the centipede crowd/shades out the Bermudagrass. You can use sethoxydim herbicide to kill bermudagrass in centipede, but centipede, being such a slow growing grass, is slow to fill in (in comparison to St Augustine). I guess I’m saying it’s easier to crowd out bermudagrass in a St Augustine lawn than in a Centipede lawn.
