5 years of Hustler Raptor SD 54" and not one problem. Never owned anything else so that's all I got for you

I have the ExMark Radius 48" and it's a bad machine.

I have a ‘07 JD Z-445 54” and it’s been a good one. Dad has a new JD commercial mower that cuts good too. Borrowed my cousins Hustler 54” last year bc I broke the belt on mine mine and it cut fine too. Whatever had the best deal and best local dealer is the way to go.

Of those, I'd look at which you can have easily serviced. This may help narrow it down some. Having a shop near by is a great convenience!

Ferris rides much better, which is nice if you’ll be on it for a long time or have a rough yard. Otherwise, I don’t think you can go wrong.
