I don’t know, but being in the wilds of Washington Parish it’s going to be a lot cheaper here compared to the rest of the country. That’s why land on the NorthShore is being bought up like it’s going out of style.

Building a house always sounds like a nightmare. There are enough houses already built that I’d avoid that hassle.

It is/can/was a hassle. But to myself and my family it was worth it.
