Not a chance I would buy a flipped home. I would spend the next years just looing at all the subpar appliances, fixtures, paint, drywall and such and just be mad every day. I would rather by a fixer upper and take the flippers profit and put it in and get everything done with as much quality as possible.

Like I said, I've flipped some. Whats the difference in a house that the owner has watched the H&G network, thinking he can do all these things? H & G is one of the worst, the wife sees the things being done, she pesters her husband to begin a project. It's finished, looks like it was done by an unskilled person.
My best friends son and wife were looking at a home. Walking through, I could tell the homeowner had attempted the upgrades. I told the son not to buy it, he tells me the wife loves it. So I made a punch list, we submitted, got the price lowered, I got the list finished, plus a little cash in his pocket.

I bought a flipped house. They used the shittiest components they could find..... door handles, shower knobs, cabinet hardware. Just complete shite. Everything was half assed. It all looks good at first glance. Even the toilet seats were complete dollar store garbage. But who takes a dump when looking at houses? Never again.

I bought from a realtor whose husband did all the work. I should've known better.
