House washing and painting south of Lake Charles

I have a house (fishing camp) south of Lake Charles on Hebert side of big lake, and its needs a good pressure washing and a new coat of paint. I was going to do it myself but can't find the time, anyone know of a reputable company in the area?

How bad is the paint? Sometimes a good cleaning makes a world of difference once the mold/mildew/dirt is removed.

Just slightly dirty, Paint is faded pretty bad. It took a heck of a sandblasting for hurricane Larua and Delta. Last good cleaning was back in 2021, Its on pilings, will need some scaffolds.
