Anyone familiar with Sagesure-Trium? I've never filed a claim in my life so I am a 5 yr old when it comes to knowing what to look for in an insurer other than the premium/coverages.

Brokers aren't to be confused with carriers. Brokers are all generally going to the same market, unless you're dealing with a direct to consumer insurer such as State Farm, Allstate, Farm Bureau, etc. In other words, most agents you contact are going to be shopping the same markets with the same access to the same policies.
Direct to consumer insurers will sometimes have better pricing. I've had good luck with Allstate's pricing. I will say that my professional experience suggests that they're not top tier when it comes to paying claims, but you can get a bad adjuster with any carrier.

I don't have personal experience with them, but I'm loosely familiar with their model. They're kind of like a hybrid between an independent broker and market collectives. I think you have to go through an independent broker to access their market, but not positive.
