I went with Scag Freedom Z, so far it’s been great and seems well built.

Snapper makes a mower with a joystick thats very conducive to drinking cold beers while mowing.

Another vote for Gravely. ZT HD 48/Kawi. Bought it in 2018 and all I have done to it is change oil, blades, and service the hydro at a hundred hours. I only cut an acre but I wouldn't hesitate to cut more. Its a heavy beast, though.

I was 48 when I bought it, dealer said with proper maintenance, it should outlast me. So far, I don't disagree.

I can’t speak for the rest of them but I bought a 60” bad boy ZT elite I think 4 years ago and I couldn’t be happier with it. Comfortable, fast, good cut and easy maintenance
