Handy-man around BR/Denham Springs

I have several rental properties and my longtime handy man is hanging it up. He doesn't have any recommendations for anyone that he really knows. I'm looking for someone that is reputable and can do small jobs from time to time. Any info is appreciated!

This is who I use: Jim (225) 978-3852. He does small jobs and it’s really difficult to get people to even come give an estimate for small jobs these days.
