Just bought a house built in 2004. Every other room has good hot water, but I can't seem to get the shower hot enough- any solutions?

A lot of faucets have an anti scald regulator. You can google your model and figure out how to adjust it to provide more hot water.

If that doesn't work, I think you can add a hot water booster.

Our house has been piped for that hot water circulation pump that allows hot water to be at the tap right away.
But , it causes issues at the shower where not enough hot water comes out

It has to be adjusted, probably was used as a kids bathroom and set so that they didn't get scalded. Google how to adjust
