Avoyelles Parish.
Two story acadian restored home….2600sqft. Had it fully scrapped and painted last year. 20k.

now…ask yourself and be honest. Assuming you had the skill set, would you agree to paint your house for less than that? You have to provide all the materials, equipment, insurances, payroll, taxes, etc.

I have an hombre that works for a company that has insurance, payroll, taxes..but has a team that works on the side....giving me an estimate next week

Jose came in at $4,800 but with me buying the paint - most likely $600 area...probably using him but have one more coming by in next couple of days
