Does anyone know how the fabric on these type chairs are replaced? Is there a business that does this service?

Lots of upholstery places for cushions. Not going to be worth it unless you have $1k+ chairs. What part is broken? What material?

I'm the type that fixes nearly everything. That chair is cheap to begin with and unless you just love it and have to have it-you toss it and buy a new one.

On clearance at HD for $20 right now

The caps pop out of the frame. The fabric edge has a hard piece that slide into a track along the entire length of the chair frame.
I have no idea where you would get that material though

I used to have chairs like those and changed the fabric on them. I think I bought them from the patio store I purchased them from. I think you can call the manufacturer and order new fabric as well.
It was pretty simple, loosen the chair screws, pop off the caps and slide the fabric off. Reverse to install.

You can get a new chair at Lowe’s for $17. There’s no way replacing the fabric will be cheaper than $17.

Actually our chairs are different from the one pictured. They are high and swivel. The replacement chairs are $55 each on Amazon. But then I need to pay a trash collector as well and that's an additional $40.
