Entergy Help

My mother in law is moving into town and was under impression everything was setup to transfer electricity into her name, evidently it was not.
Now they are backlogged 2-3 weeks on hooking things up and currently she’s in my guest room with trucks loaded down with her things.
Anyone know of a contact at Entergy or a location we can physically walk into and talk to someone in the BR area?

Unfortunately, with a monopoly like entergy, customer service is low on their list of priorities.
Hopefully, someone here will have a contact. Apart from this, give it the "squeaky wheel" treatment. Call daily, use the "elderly" approach, withholding the fact she is staying with you.
Good luck.

Did entergy pull the meter or do you just need to flip the main breaker ?
Have tried customer service ?

if the meter is in place it’s a simple change in occupancy and an easy process. If the meter is not in place you’ll need an occupancy inspection

Call your Public Service Commissioner and report your issue.Entergy does not like these problems.

Entergy is a system based organization. You have to call the 1800# and then just keep trying to escalate until someone helps you. I have a few of their construction guys #s, but they even make me call the 1800# before even attempting to help.

Sorry to hear that. I just got my final electrical and three business days later they did the meter install/wire termination.
