Haven’t used them yet but Freedom Electric has been voiced a lot lately. Good luck.

Blanchard Electric is who we use at work for all of our electrical repairs.
Bayard's Electric in New Iberia is also really good. I've personally used them before.

I’m looking at Outdoor cameras installation and tieing into house electrical system, floodlight wiring, and adding manual transfer switch for portable generator.

For cameras, find a POE system. Single ethernet wire to each camera will handle power and video feed.
You can save a bundle if you mount the cameras yourself, but want them to run the wires through the attic to the recorder.
