Electrical question for adding an outside light.

I have an electrician scheduled to come next week to wire my generator.
While he’s here I want to see if he can add an outdoor light for me.
I would like to purchase the light and switch ahead of time to have it ready on hand.
In the above photo. I want to add an outdoor light where the circle is drawn above the window. I want it tied into same switch that the two flood lights on each corner are hooked too. This switch stays on 24/7 as they are set to motion at night.
I want to be able to have a pull string to turn the added center light on and off.
Can some sort of pull sting switch like the one pictured above be added to any outdoor light fixture? If not I would appreciate any advice on how to accomplish this.
I do not want to put a large neon bulb type light figure.

Yes you can. Since the switch that's going to be feeding the new light is always on, mount the pull switch in the base of the new fixture. Make sure you have clearance for the switch before you go drilling holes. Hook one wire from the pull switch to the black wire feeding the light and the other one to the black wire on the light its self. Hope this helps

I just bought these two items from local store and amazon respectively.
Painted the base black.
Should this be ok outside under the awning out of the weather?

Yeah, you can do that, just need to make sure that the pull chain is in the right spot on the circuit

Are you wanting to be able to turn the new "on" when the existing lights are "off"?
If so, the electrician will need to get power from the load side of the photo cell.

No. The switch with the 2 existing flood lights stays on 24 7
They only kick on with motion detection in darkness.
I want this light to be on that same switch but be able to be turned on and off with pull string.

If I understand you correctly, you want the new light to operate independently of the motion sensor lights but be on the same circuit as the motion sensor lights.
The new light can not be turned on when the motion detector is not activated unless power is taken from the line side of the detector. (I think I said load side earlier). The electrician should be able to wire this correctly but simply wiring from the motion sensor lights will not give you power at the new light until the motion sensor is activated. The power for the new switch has to come from somewhere before the motion sensor.
I hope this helps.

Correct
That makes sense. Thanks

no, no, no, send him this picture with description of what you want and let him to bring the materials to do it.
chances are it will have to be run in conduits with exterior water tight boxes and fixtures so let him bring the correct stuff with him rather then trying to saddle him with box store junk he may said wont meet code

Commercial electrician here
Listen to what keakar just said, Don’t go buying the material before hand if you did that with me 99% chance I’m not gonna use it anyway,
he just needs to go look at what you want done and then explain what your options are
it could be just as simple as adding the light putting it on a photocell
you want the light on cover the photocell
You don’t want to use a pull string fixture outside
