I cannot emphasize enough how important it is to register your products and batteries right after you purchase. EGO is very good with their warranties and you especially want the batteries covered.

After doing a lot of research and reading reviews/posts on here, I decided to go the EGO route as my gas equipment started to break. I now have mower, blower, hedge trimmer, weed eater, and edger.

I have an EGO blower and string trimmer. Never had any issues.

I have a ryobi push mower, and it has been a disappointment

I purchased an EGO weed eater and its been great.

I would get a shoulder harness for it though. It was save your arms and back a lot of strain.

I think you misunderstood my post.

I have the Ego now and I prefer to have my Kobalt instead.

I have an ego lawnmower and a misting fan. I love how light the mower is but it does bog down a lot on my super dense grass in the front (not sure type) but works fine on St. Aug. I had to replace the starter within a year and it took 3 months in the middle of summer for it to get fixed so I had to pay someone to cut my grass. Misting fan is great! Wish the battery lasted longer than 3 hours on the misting fan
