Decided to go with a double cylinder deadbolt for front door where we will keep a key nearby.
Thanks everyone! It's been fun!

Our toddler and soon to be toddler can get outside very easily.
He just turns the lever and can be out the front door and straight to the road within 5 seconds.
No offense... but this sounds like a parenting issue. I remember doing things i shouldn't have when I was little. Actions took place and i didn't do them going forward.

just install one of those cheap door chain locks until he's old enough to understand an arse-whippin'.

I think these would be the best solution to the OPs problem. Installed for under $10.

Ok, then I'll stick to this being a Home & Garden board and say.... no need to change locks because they're not broken.

Are there deadbolts that are keyed on both sides? If so, are they not recommended based on the need to get outside quickly?
As a mother of grown children and a grandmother of a feisty toddler... here's another vote against double keyed deadbolts. People don't always think clearly in emergencies, I'd stay away from those.
Ugly as you may find it, higher up slide or chain locks, or similar arrangements are the way to go.
Imagine hearing your smoke or CO alarm going off in the dark of night... you've got to gather your little ones and get out fast. Don't do anything to hinder your egress.
