Anybody on the HGB have one or familiar with them? I was doing some work on a ladder and had it sitting on top of it and it fell and hit the ground. Now the damn thing won't fire. It doesn't even make the firing motor startup when you push it in to shoot a nail. Checked the battery level, even put a new battery in and nothing. Any idea what's causing this before i take it apart?

I have one but haven’t had it long. Don’t know what it is, but it’s gotta be taken apart anyway, so might as well. Just take care to note the way it came apart, unlike my usual.

I’ve dropped those things several times and they keep going. Did it fall right on the top. Probably cracked something right where that plunger triggers the motor.

I haven't had any issues. Only time it wont fire is when I get down to 3-5 nails. Check and see if any pieces broke off towards the front causing a jam?

Alright so I appreciate everyone’s input but need help figuring out the location of this piece that came out of the magazine. I’ve tried and tried and can’t figure it out. So when I put the magazine back in the little metal round pin on top of it is in the way not allowing the drive head to engage the motor. Also my nails won’t push up when the magazine is closed. It’s something with that piece. Can somebody either take a picture of their magazine taken out so I can see where this piece is on the nailer or help a brotha out and tell me how to put this piece back on. I cant post the picture for some reason but it’s the pusher/dry fire lockout piece. P/N N467369

Figured out the pics. So as you can see on that last pic the pin locking in the magazine is set up too high not allowing the motor to engage when pressed in to shoot a nail.
