Deep cleaning price for 1300 sqft house

I have to get it clean to get a tenant in. What’s the going rate? Floors, baseboards, kitchen, bth, blinds, the usual.

Assuming house is empty? Do you not have anyone you have used before?
Depends on your area to some degree, but if it’s empty it shouldn’t be more than $200.
Also, you can simply put in your agreement they have to leave it as clean as it was on move on.

$200 sounds right. I paid $400 3400 square ft and fully living in house

Yeah, empty house. The guy I used before was horrible. I just agreed with the new guy for $225.
