does the first cut of the season need to be the scalp?
or can you trim it up now, then scalp after fear of frost?
like many the temps are all over in S LA, greened up and 80s, now brown again, just was thinking about riding over it.

You can scalp at will from March through June.

Scalp and bag. Or if you don't live in a neighborhood you can burn it.
