You need to be careful with Weed-Free-Zone this time of the year, the 2,4 D that it contains is particularly damaging to desirable lawn grasses in this heat. Spot spraying the targeted weeds should be OK. You have higher latitude on the temperature restriction with MSM Turf and Celsius.

Ok. Good to know. This particular piece of lawn was F'ed up by the winter weed cocktail earlier in the year. I literally sprayed it on the first hot day we had in mid/late February (I forgot to check the forecast like a dumbass) and it nuked the lawn. Hence the mix of St. Aug, Bermuda that appeared, and open bare spaces for weeds to fill in.

Ok. After reading the MSM Turf label, I'm not 100% sure I could/should use that on the Zoysia in the back.

The Celsius is expensive as a mother. Is Fahrenheit comparable enough or just suck it up and spend the money?

MSM is safe on zoysia. Fahrenheit is not a cheaper version of Celsius. Fahrenheit is MSM and dicamba. Not a bad combo for broadleaf.

I would just buy the Celsius. I have an 8,000 square foot yard. This is my 3rd year and I have 3/4 of the bottle left.

Holy shite. Roger that. I'll get some of that then. Sounds like it'll last me an eternity. I've got a 2,500-3,000 sq. ft. back yard and maybe 2k in the front.

Same is true for me - just hit 3 year on my bottle of Celsius, at least 1/2 to 2/3 rds left treating 9,500 sq ft of lawn. Though I have and use some Weed-Free-Zone and MSM Turf, I finding I’m using less and less in favor of Celsius.

Wiz where are you located? Site One Landscape has the best price I’ve seen on Celsius, including on-line, but in LA they only have stores in BR and Mandeville.

Metairie. DoMyOwn had it for $150 for a 10oz. Is that well priced?

Apparently not. Seeing it for $106-$120 at other places. DoMyOwn is usually pretty well priced.

I paid $95 at SiteOne 3 years ago, another poster a couple weeks ago said he paid $103 at Site One in BR. Cleggs garden center in BR had it priced at $130-135?

If you can can order it on-line at $106 that’s a good price.

Thats a little high. I usually get my bottle for $100-$120. Having a full acre with bad VBW and now Woodsorrel means I usually have to get a bottle every 18 months
