Bug identification and how to treat

My back porch and yard are infested with midges, what is the best way to treat them. Thanks for the help posting a pic.

I just get some generic Bifenthrin at Tractor Supply and spray around the foundation of my house as well as around windows and in the garage for stuff like that. Takes care of mosquitoes, spiders, etc.
