Bonus Room Wet Bar Ideas/Cost

In the middle of building our house and working on finishing plans for different things, extending concrete deck beyond covered porch, etc.
Main question is looking at really doing something nice similar to what’s pictured below. Can anyone ball park a cost on this between appliances, under cabinet lighting, outlets, bar sink and cabinetry. All rough-ins are in place alrwady this is simply procurement and installation. Plan to use the extra kitchen backsplash that I ordered for this scenario. Appreciate the advice.
Edited to reflect the multitude of different options out there but the general concept. The wall I am looking at is 11’ 9/3”. There is enough space for the lower cabinets and countertop to wrap like an actual bar area.

First bit of advice, do not use Lowes. Sorry if you already know this but I have heard too many negative experiences which is why we sought a cabinet guy. We are currently retrofitting a wet bar, disguised as a desk, into a unused room.
I'm not an expert but, based solely off of what we are experiencing, price depends a lot on the make and model of the refrigeration units, the cabinet doors, and the material of the cabinets. With that said, here's by unprofessional quotes...
1)
$10-20K, that wine cellar could be $500-2,000 alone
2)
$5-8K
3)
$5-8K
4)
$8-12K
5)
$18-22K
6)
Too ambiguous...
Solid cabinet doors & Acrylic counter tops will shave a few $$ of the build. Hope this helps!

For options B & C you should be able to knock that out under 3k with rough ins in place, provided you’re not going sub zero grade appliances

In a realistic world option C is probably the one we will end up going with. I have enough kitchen backsplash and grout leftover to do the back and the 35 or so sqft of 2cm quartz came in at just shy of $1,000.
The cabinetry and under cabinet lighting really aren’t my forte when it comes to estimations. The bonus room is going to be my little man cave area so I’d want to “trick it out” as best as possible.
Any other suggestions are welcome.

A huge portion of the project will hinge on what your proximity to drains and existing water lines.
I decided to go without the sink as it was going to more than double the project cost to get water run.
I havent missed the sink much honestly, but if it’s an easy add I’d do it.

All of that seems kind of unnecessary...
