Best Builders in BR?

Looking to build on an available lot in a couple of neighborhoods but they all have approved builders. Curious who the best builders are in the BR area. I don’t want to say the neighborhoods or list my options because I want everyone to list their favorites, even if they aren’t available. We may be swayed away from these neighborhoods.

There are different builders at different price points, the best builder of a $300k home is not the same as the best builder of a $2 million dollar home.

Man there are a lot of great builders in BR. Depends what u want to pay for but off the top of my head, I would say PCG. Rick is pretty badass. If I ever built and could afford him, I would go with him.
I have several friends who build and they seem to do an excellent job as well judging their FB posts. JD construction, manchac homes, sheffy, etc etc

The problem is u could hire PCG, ur going to get quality and pay more but it would be for less.
Personally I think the BR market is flooded with construction management companies.. find a new and upcoming group and roll with them. It’s apparent LSU is doing good shite.

Built 2 houses for me. Would let him build 10 if I needed him to.
Every inspector from the parish that I talked to thru both builds said he was the best.
Uses all the best subs in Baton Rouge, which is what separates him from other builders.
Not the cheapest but if you want to build a house with little to no stress, he is your man.

Brad is a personal friend of mine and he built our custom home. It came out great and the quality is awesome. For a custom home he is a great choice
