So I've got about a 500 sqr foot area of weeds that I'm about to spray. I have a big bottle of atrazine that I want to use. However, atrazine also kills weeds from seeds, and I planned on seeding the area I sprayed once it's dead with Centipede seed. Will the atrazine prevent the centipede seed from growing or stunt is growth significantly?

Do not put out seed until June or July. You can put out atrazine now but better option is nuke it in May and wait 2-3 weeks and till it up good and seed it. Water it in for several weeks

Yes it will. Atrazine label say not to re-seed for 6 months. Why don’t you just use a trimec herbicide or weed free one alone on the weeds and then you can seed shortly thereafter if you need to or are inclined to do so. Save your atrazine for use this fall.
