Approximately how much is the price to get 1200-1300 Sq feet of flooring installed?

Not looking to put anything high end in. It would be for a rental unit near SMU so most likely looking at the vinyl wood floors or something along those lines that you see in nicer apartment complexes.
About how much would I be looking at for the flooring and install and I'm open to suggestions on best flooring to put in.

2-2.75 per sq ft for the product
If it's interlocking, it'll be cheaper too. Pretty easy to install yourself, honestly. But I believe it's 1-1.50 per sq ft to install if you get a home depot guy and probably 2-2.50 for a licensed contractor.
May be more fitting to put this on the home and garden board.

You can buy it for like $1.50/sf. Do it yourself it’s super easy and actually enjoyable IMO

I would, but I'm on a bit of a timeline and don't really have any help. I've never done it before and don't really have time to frick it up and redo anything.

I opted to do our floors myself but cut off a pinky with a mitar saw in the process. After that, several folks chipped in to help finish the project so it was a net positive - sort of.

If I had a compressor and nail gun, I feel like I would do this in a weekend. F doing it with a hammer

What exactly are you nailing on vinyl flooring?
Quarte round/trim I assume you mean.

For the trim? I used the lock in flooring and it’s a breeze once you get the technique. You can get an air gun compressor set up for $100 at HF. I love my air gun. Use it all over the house

I paid $3/foot for a heart pine look alike flooring installed.
It looks exactly like the real thing

I didn’t get the flooring so not sure where it came from but it was a flooring place either in Slidell or around bay St. Louis.
