I’ve got a perfect spot and time on my hands, we want to add a small garden cottage to the property. I could stick build it but

A. I don’t want to
B. The chances of it being square are slim

Something in the 120-200sf range, open room with a sitting area, daybed, bar/etc. a place to hang out. I don’t want or need a bathroom or kitchen. I can easily bring water/power/propane as needed

There are tons of prefab and kit options with wildly different prices. Even Costco sells them.

Anyone done this? Any recommendations?

I'm in the same boat but want a 12x24 prefab kit to make a shop.

I can build it myself but would rather have a pre-cut assembly just to eliminate headache.

With so many options not sure which route is the best.

YouTube research is getting harder and harder with all the AI bullshite. I would really like to see one of these in person

Same as you, I don’t mind installing it from a kit but stick building from scratch is more work than I want to do

Round up some Amish in Hammond, they’ll get it done in a day using organic materials.

I see you’ve amused yourself but that doesn’t even make any sense
