Had to change out a battery last week and some of the residue ended up on the pavement and it rained shortly after.
Was only about a week ago...I'll try to take a picture later.

I know they use Muriatic acid for cleaning concrete and there are lots of u-tube videos showing the process.
First thing I'd try would be baking soda. Apply a nice coating and then dampen it so it won't blow away and see what happens. I'm not sure if it would even work, but it's cheap enough to give it a shot.

Once you clean the battery acid you will have to pressure wash they whole thing so get ready for that

I actually pressure washed it yesterday. Going to try the baking soda and bleach methods separately knowing it may or may not work.
I am planning to run over it again with the washer.

Mix them together save a step

If you have not already done so, cover the area with baking soda to neutralize the acid. Clean with the water hose and then spray with bleach. I would scrub it with a wire brush. If you have a brush on a drill bit, use that since you have a large area.
If that doesn't work, use muratic acid. Once you're done, sprinkle the area you used muratic acid with baking soda to neutralize it.
