Battic brand, picked up from a local roofing supplier. Uses small screws to attach to the frame. I think it does better during peak sun hours and with air leakage while the AC is running, probably need to take thermal pics from the attic side.

i picked this one up for $45 (make sure to click the 5% off coupon if amazon offers it to you)

15.3 insulation R-value (the pink panther tent at home depot was only 10 i believe)
i'll be using a staple gun to secure it to make it more air-tight.
i picked this one from several others due to the comments about the zipper on this model being more heavy duty and less likely to fail.
