Any products that help stop soil erosion that work?

My home is on a high house pad and has a slope that continues to get washed away every time I put new dirt. I saw the straw blanket at Home Depot and not sure this works though. I have common Bermuda for my lawn and do spray to help it establish itself. It needs sunshine to thrive. Is the straw blanket something I could use like putting it down before it rains and take it up once rain is finished?

Tried that already and worked for the most part. The only issue is that there is just one spot that gets a little shade, had Bermuda growing but the shade doesn’t allow it to grow as quick and when we get a hard rain, it washes it away.

Can speak to the straw rolls from home depot.
Fresh pond dug with that dirt creating leavee around the pond. Put down my Bermuda seed then covered entire pond leavee (again fresh raw packed dirt) with the straw rolls from home depot. It's been 8 years since the straw/fishing string rolls were put in place. We have not had one single erosion event occur. Would recommend
The straw rolls are to stay in place as installed forever. The Bermuda will grow up through and you'll eventually not see the straw/fishing string material.

I have used wattle to stop neighbors sediment from pouring into my yard. Works!
I purchased at a construction warehouse where it was significantly cheaper than box stores

combination or wattle and straw mats plus silt fence is what we use on new construction sites for erosion control. It gets inspected monthly during the job
All that stuff can be had at CS&E or CMC, it’s all pretty inexpensive

Try zoysia and stake the sod pieces so it won’t wash.
