Antique Lawnmower made in Louisiana

I have an antique lawnmower that has the original nameplate on it. It is a Rebel Mower that was made by the Packwood Manufacturing Company in Reserve, LA. I'm pretty sure that it was manufactured in the early fifties because my father purchased it around 1953. It has a 3.5 horsepower Clinton Engine (not original) and has a round cutter deck with no front wheels. The mower blades are belt driven. If anyone has any information or may be a collector of antique mowers please let me know. I'd like to find a good home for it.

Sounds cool. If you could see fit to post a pic or three, it would be appreciated.

My family is from Reserve and at least 1 of my uncles had 1. It had a round discs with removable triangle shaped cutting edges bolted to it that , that I aiways thought my paw-paw made. He was the head machinist at the sugar mill. The original motor was a Kohler or Wisconson, don't remember. I do remember that was a hell of a grass cutting machine.

Clean it properly (not harsh chemicals, patina = good), polish it up, and post a picture!
I bet someone will really want it. The lack of original engine might hurt value a bit, but I bet it's still pretty desirable.

I am sure you will find someone who will take it.
Also, don't sell all of your daddy's shite.
