What’s the issue here?
Do I need to add iron?

Looks like a disease or fungus.

Looks like they need iron. Check your pH. Roses like soil to be around 6.5. They look like coral roses.

That looks like a heirloom rose but they are not usually susceptible to diseases. I bought several at City Park plant sale many years ago, probably 30 yrs ago.

Could be Spider Mites. Spray them with Rose Shield. It’s an insecticide and fungicide in one.

Since I don’t have the Rose shield can I hit it with Talstar P and move on?
