Anyone have any recs on an aluminum patio cover build in BR? Had to tear down an old wooden/fiberglass cover for my new roof installation. I could rebuild what I had, but thinking something more permanent would be better.

Spend the extra money and get an insulated cover. We just had one installed and it’s amazing. It’s significantly cooler under the insulated cover vs aluminum.

How big and what'd you pay if you don't mind? Looking to get a 12x20 insulated that will need to meet two existing pitches.

UPDATE: Mixon Gutters came out and installed an aluminum patio cover yesterday, and I’m very happy with it. Price was better than I expected and they did a great job tying into my roof and existing gutters.

16x14 cover with gutter and ceiling fan beam (I still need to have that wired and install the fan) was $2,100.

That does seem like a great price. Un-insulated? Looks sharp. What's the lower beam that goes between the brick? I'm assuming that was already there but I can't figure out why? Was it from an old pergola or something?

Will the rain drain off of the roof to the left? It could be a reflection but it looks like there is light coming through.

That beam is the support for that end. It’s suspended over the edges of his roof. The rain can still come down into the gutters on the sides.

Correct, that was from the original patio cover that was built with rafters and fiberglass roof panels. Basically a pergola with panels.

This. Also a gutter on the front of the cover that empties into the gutter on the right.
