Problem with that is, it is factually incorrect. Screens don't block 95% of air flow nor hold in cool air. You'd think the window screens would've showed you this, when you opened them and cool air comes pouring out

Get an AC quote OP, then go buy a portable for like $300. See how well that works. Go from there. I don’t see how this is going to do much for you unless you have AC plus a ceiling fan or other fan but why not?

Do a mini split. You can install yourself they come precharged for hardly nothing on Amazon.
