Bought a house, fence is about 12 years old, probably has a few more years left in it. Needs a good cleaning. Not too interested in pressure washing it. Would you mix bleach and water and wash it off with water or use a deck cleaner? If so which one works really good?

+1 on the 30 second cleaner. I’ve used it on my fence after seeing this video year’s ago.

If you use bleach you’ll likely kill all the grass and landscaping around it, fyi.

Why not pressure wash? A good gas pressure wash and you can do a lot of fence in a reasonable amount of time
