They're looking to ID the guy for charges. Later they were able to obtain his Google+ handle (cause dumbass actually bragged about it) in which they later did identify him. The rest is up for the District Attorney to my understanding. DeadSpin reported that much.
The youtube video will be hard to find considering it's getting shut down left and right. Keep using keywords and you'll eventually find one that didn't get shut down yet. Don't post it on here though, otherwise thread will get whacked.
