Why is my page going from normal size to almost desktop size

It has been happening the last two days.

Same. Started about three days ago. The site no longer formats properly for my phone. It's like it formats for desktop or something

For me now the Rant formats properly but the OT Lounge is still in desktop mode. Samsung Android.
