Not throwing stones, want LSU to win all the votes.... But this thread got 90 pages and the OT support for tailgate voting

It is a little humorous, but it's a private site with admins who are full of subjectivity

I didn't see any of the other threads you mentioned.
I think it's impossible to appoint admins from among the user base and not have a level of in-crowd favoritism. Unless you're getting harassed irl, just go with it. Vocal resistance has a serious quicksand effect, in my experience.

That was my advice. I get the distinct feeling that I wouldn't want to hang out with most of them anyway, so it doesn't really bother me.

TD is largely made up of a group of friends (including admins) that decide who can say what and start certain threads. It's the same reason Paige can have her entire post history deleted and AJF can have his named changed to The Sad Banana while they tell others it's impossible to delete a post history and make fun of other posters that request a name change.
