What’s the deal with TD desktop version?

When accessing TD from my desktop nothing loads in correctly. It’s like the layout is all jacked up. Anyone else having this issue? TD is fine when accessing from my phone.

I did Sunday. Log out, refresh, log back in.

I'm using safari on my phone.
His has been what I see when attempting to visit the sec Rant.

Clear your safari settings and history through the settings app. Fixes it for me.
