Was he using company WiFi? Sounds like whatever he was using blocks Tigerdroppings for one reason or another.

Is he out of the country, or using a VPN that is out of the country?

No he is a Texas guy. He texted me earlier and I think he figured it out. Something with the cache. Thanks for checking.

I'm getting the same message Blocked by policy on my iphone using safari when I try to access TD only, I'm able to get on SEC Rant. I can get on TD on my desktop however.
