We need a RA option of "misleading or outright fake news"

With the political board, you have idiots posting stuff, totally misleading headlines, and getting to 3 pages in less than 5 mins.
I went to RA it but there's not a viable option.

WG fought for years to get "possible alter" added to the RA options, seems like option 1 'misleading" should work fine
